Assembly Instructions

First-Time Operation

Mulching & Bagging

Mulching: Install mulching plug to close rear discharge. Cuttings are finely chopped and returned to lawn as fertilizer.

Bagging: Remove mulching plug and attach collection bag. Empty bag when full indicator shows.

WARNING! Always stop engine before changing between mulching and bagging modes.

Safety Features

Blade Brake System: Stops blade within 3 seconds when handle is released. Safety Key: Must be inserted to start engine. Protective Deck: Prevents debris from being thrown.

Maintenance & Storage

After each use: Clean underside of deck. Check blade for damage.

Regular Maintenance: Change oil every 25 hours. Replace air filter annually. Sharpen blade every season.
